We accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and AMEX), Phone and Fax as valid methods of payment.

All online credit card orders are charged upfront, at the time the order was made. We do this to validate the order and to ensure that all stock is pre-purchased. Paying upfront also substantially reduces order processing time.

• Payment offline (telephone and fax)

If you wish to pay using your credit card but would prefer not to pay online, you can either order over the telephone using our number (02) 4969 8255 or by faxing the details of your order to (02) 4969 8277. Simply select either the phone or fax payment methods during your checkout process, enter in your details and print the resulting invoice. For phone orders you will need to provide us with your order number as a means of referencing your order details from the system before payment can be made. Using the fax option, your order number and details will already be present on the fax order sheet so you will not need to phone in and quote your order number. A SEW CITY customer service representative will then process your order and an email will be sent to you confirming the successful processing of your order.
